Hi All, Well I am thrilled that I have finally got this blog up & running.
Its been over 4 yrs since Paul & myself met while working in a local restaurant in Glasthule South Co.Dublin – Paul was working as Head Chef & I was working front of house… At the start we did bang heads a good bit – as is generally the case between front & back of house:) but it wasn’t long before we really clicked over dinner at Bleu Restautant on Dawson St & realised each others genuine passion for everything to do with Food & Wine.
So 4 yrs on we are engaged to be married, have a 2.5yr old little girl & set up our own high end private catering company 2 mths ago..
We plan on just blogging about everything to do with food & wine, dining out, recipes, cooking tips…cooking with kids etc…
